Every traveler on your team gets Traveler Annual in the TripHappens app. You get one screen: who’s abroad, what their readiness score is, whose passport is about to fail, and what the advisory level is where they’re going.
What you see, and what you don’t
Flags only. You see a red mark against a passport, never the passport, never the prescriptions, never the accessibility notes. Your travelers keep their documents on their own phones, and that doesn’t change when your company pays.
What every traveler gets. The TripHappens Score for each trip, every fix with the exact step to take, a dated flight plan, the offline pack and the emergency card. The same thing a careful travel manager would do for each of them, done before they ask.
Not built yet: the roster screen. Everything else already works. It’s the view that’s new, and we’re designing it with the first teams on this list.

What does “held in writing” mean?
The confirmation email states the price, the launch month and the seat minimum. If the launch month slips, you hear from me before it passes, with the new month. No card is taken until you say so at launch.
Can we start before January?
Yes, one traveler at a time: anyone on your team can use the app today, free, and buy Traveler Annual for themselves. Team adds the roster view and one invoice. Seats bought individually before launch are credited when the team plan starts.
Do you see our travelers’ documents?
No. Passports, medication and accessibility notes stay on each traveler’s own device. The roster shows flags, dates and scores, nothing else. That is a design rule, not a setting.
